Union of Inner•vore

Inner•vore.

From my perspective, the term InnerVore is created through the union of body, mind, and spirit.  Experimenting shifts of life while consciously observing the inner reaction to outer experiences grounded me to explore the path of being.  Tuning into the breath of happiness has allowed me to visualize the dots creating this life of colours and hues.  Each dot (seed) that is planted into this Earth (my mind) sprouts an energy force of purpose, or vibration.  The health of each plant is a being.  Whether nature or nurture creates a healthy being is detrimental to the external and internal shifts made from within.  The innervore vibrations are yours to discovery and experiement.
As a professional human-being, my intention is to connect the disconnected and communicate to the community.  I want to provide knowledge to help you water the wanted in life and avoid digesting the indigestable.  My body wants to help your body live raw, or truth.

To begin I feel it is best to reflect on you NOW.
Not THEN.
Now.

Sivananda teachings follow these five points of yoga which I feel are exactly the areas that need to be watered with the most raw of intention.  This can be found on the website.
Five Points of Yoga:

  1. Proper Exercise (Asanas) - Yoga poses help develop a strong, healthy body by enhancing flexibility and improving circulation.
  2. Proper Breathing (Pranayama) - Deep, conscious breathing reduces stress and many diseases.
  3. Proper Relaxation - Helps keep the body from going into overload mode, easing worry and fatigue.
  4. Proper Diet - Eating simple, healthy and vegetarian foods that are easy to digest notably have a positive effect on the mind and body, as well as the environment and other living beings.
  5. Positive Thinking (Vedanta) and Meditation (Dhyana) - These are the true keys to achieving peace of mind and eliminating negativity in our lives

It's funny how you can forget there is a world outside yourself.
When I start Sivananda's Yoga teacher training course in Thailand I know, I just know, that the knowledge I absorb will only further my inspiration to share in the most honest of ways.
