thinking in feeling, feeling in feeling

"Once we reach critical mass the human race will first experience a period of intense introspection.  We'll grasp how beautiful and spiritual the natural world really is.  We'll see trees and rivers and mountains as temples of great power to be held in reverence and awe.  We'll demand an end to any economic activity that threatens this treasure.  And those closest to this situation will find alternative solutions to this pollution problem because someone will intuit these alternatives as they seek their own evolution.  This will be a dramatic movement of individuals from one occupation to another- because when people begin to receive clear intuitions of who they really are and what they're supposed to be doing, they very often discover they're in the wrong job and have to jump to another type of work in order to continue to grow.  The rest of us, meanwhile, will be following our own intuitions within our chosen occupations and wishing we had even more of this free time.  We will realize the truth we have to tell and the things we have to do are too unique to fit within a usual job setting.  So we find ways to cut our employment hours to pursue our own truth.  As we discover more about the dynamics of the universe, we will see what really happens when we give someone something.  Giving is a universal principle of support.  When we give, we receive in return because of the way energy interacts in the universe."

We all need each other!  I need you just as you need me just as we need everyone.  So in those tiny little moments when you feel alone, low energy, scared...change that instantly by regaining that energy that you get when you are surrounded by those people you have in your circle of life that thrive within it.  You are apart of that circle, stop telling yourself you are of less importance...because that is NOTTTT at all true.  In fact, if you, if she, if he, was not apart of this circle...it would be really disconnected.  Every idea, every action, every movement throughout this circle was created by you through them, and by them through you.  Whether you speak or not, just being there is a form of support.

So why dull down in a union of strength, when you can open your limits through community movements.

Water

I learned a lot from tonights bath.

Experimenting in water is a whole other level of feelings.  I lay there with my ears under the horizon and hear my heart, I felt it vibrating all around me passing on it's message.  Discovering how all the dots connect with the core message and how the feeling fades the further you are from the core.
The bath was too warm at first...so I put cold water in.  As I swirl the cold water with the warm water with my foot I create a concoction of colorful thoughts.  I now feel like I have control again.

Smells of lavender floating in the water particales,  they are in me now.  I am calm.
I bring my legs up to the wall of the bath tub to invert my blood flow.  I am calmer.
I smell the inscent burning from my bedroom and it brings me back.  I am now at the calmest state.
I decide I want to scream, I put my face under the water and scream.  Woah, now I'm high.

Heart felt conversations with ones self.

Energy Yoga

When you can connect with someone so honestly and not want anything out of it is so rare.  You know?  Your mind, or whatever, can percieve a friendship as a boost to your future life.  Substance can sometimes lack in those connections.  The eye contact I feel with a raw connection is so strongly rooting me to the ground.  When I can honestly appreciate a friendship for the present, I now know the nature of energy.
Just as the water from the sky is absorbed into the flower's roots which feed the bee's, in turn feeding us.
It is a chain of energy and nothing is expected from each connection...it just is.

After a yoga class in the forest with one of my most favourite self-energies, this is how I felt...

Union of Inner•vore

Inner•vore.

From my perspective, the term InnerVore is created through the union of body, mind, and spirit.  Experimenting shifts of life while consciously observing the inner reaction to outer experiences grounded me to explore the path of being.  Tuning into the breath of happiness has allowed me to visualize the dots creating this life of colours and hues.  Each dot (seed) that is planted into this Earth (my mind) sprouts an energy force of purpose, or vibration.  The health of each plant is a being.  Whether nature or nurture creates a healthy being is detrimental to the external and internal shifts made from within.  The innervore vibrations are yours to discovery and experiement.
As a professional human-being, my intention is to connect the disconnected and communicate to the community.  I want to provide knowledge to help you water the wanted in life and avoid digesting the indigestable.  My body wants to help your body live raw, or truth.

To begin I feel it is best to reflect on you NOW.
Not THEN.
Now.

Sivananda teachings follow these five points of yoga which I feel are exactly the areas that need to be watered with the most raw of intention.  This can be found on the website.
Five Points of Yoga:

  1. Proper Exercise (Asanas) - Yoga poses help develop a strong, healthy body by enhancing flexibility and improving circulation.
  2. Proper Breathing (Pranayama) - Deep, conscious breathing reduces stress and many diseases.
  3. Proper Relaxation - Helps keep the body from going into overload mode, easing worry and fatigue.
  4. Proper Diet - Eating simple, healthy and vegetarian foods that are easy to digest notably have a positive effect on the mind and body, as well as the environment and other living beings.
  5. Positive Thinking (Vedanta) and Meditation (Dhyana) - These are the true keys to achieving peace of mind and eliminating negativity in our lives

It's funny how you can forget there is a world outside yourself.
When I start Sivananda's Yoga teacher training course in Thailand I know, I just know, that the knowledge I absorb will only further my inspiration to share in the most honest of ways.

Thinking like a Mountain

"May we turn inwards and stumble upon our true roots
in the intertwining biology of this exquisite planet.
May nourishment and power pulse through these roots,
and fierce determination to continue the billion-year dance. "
